Coronavirus lab shutdown
Our lab shut down as of March 17 due to the COVID-19 outbreak. During this time, we are all working from home and doing our best to stay safe. All lab members can be reached by email. We extend our best wishes to all those affected and to the medical providers who are on the front lines.
Evan Worden wins Paul Ehrlich Award
Congratulations to postdoc Evan Worden, who is being awarded a Young Investigators’ Day Paul Ehrlich Award by the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Come hear Evan speak about his work and receive his award on April 7, 3-5 pm in Mountcastle Auditorium, Preclinical Teaching Building.

Cynthia Wolberger elected to the National Academy of Sciences
Cynthia Wolberger was elected to the National Academy of Sciences. Founded in 1863 under President Abraham Lincoln, the NAS provides advice to the government. She will be inducted at the 2020 meeting.

Cynthia Wolberger was elected to the 239th class of members of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Founded in 1780, the Academy’s membership encompasses the sciences, mathematics, humanities, arts and politics. A list of the newly-elected members can be found here.
